What do the symbols mean?

Single-component insulation for work at voltages up to 1000 volts.

Produced and tested in accordance with international standard IEC900 and DIN EN60 900.
Each tool undergoes a series of tests prior to approval:
10,000-volt load for 3 minutes (10 times higher than normal use)
Heat/flame test
Penetration load test
Drag/restraint test
